Hi, I am new in Jira Service Management, and I am trying to configure Jira SM with multiple projects but only one mail for receiving request, so, I used the same mailbox for all the projects. Someone knows if is it possible to configure the automatic incidents creation by an incoming mail, for it to check the content of the mail and create the incident in the desired project, maybe using the domain of the sender address, or looking for a keyword?

Yes, you should be able to do this with automation. You could do this by using one of the Automation condition.
