as jira admin i create a service management project but in portal(JSM) i can not see any request type from this project.
please HELP:(

Did you have the same problem with create button on jira site, not portal. If it is not you can try to clean cash

Also please Navigate to the project settings of your service management project and review the "Request types" section. Here, you can verify the list of request types and their configurations. In the project settings, review the portal settings to ensure that the request types are enabled for the customer portal. You can customize which request types are visible in the portal and their order.
