Hi,
I think you will need an add-on for this. Extensions for Service Desk https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212161/extension-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=cloud&tab=overview should do.
Hi,
That's the only way I've been able to manage it as well is by using the same add-on.
But works great.

Hi @Bastian Stehmann @Susan Hauth _Jira Queen_
But it seems that using this add-on we can only show link incidents, not link issues.
what exactly the difference between the above two?

No, you should be able to enable issue links for the portal.
Incidents are only a specific issue/request type I think.

hello, @Bastian Stehmann Thanks for your suggestion.
I have implemented this using provided steps but still, link issues are not visible on the portal.

Hmm, i need either more information on your configuration or you have to contact the support of the vendor.
In general, I know that it works.

Do the "Extensions for Service Desk" plugin works with Jira Service Desk Cloud?
Did anyone tried to configure it using the cloud version of Jira
