How to create a classic project?

I'm new and from the beginning I didn't have the possibility to change to a classic template? I read similar topics on this site but I think they're not up-to-date. When I try to create it, there are shown only next-gen templates with no option of switching it.

Hi @ola225 and welcome to the community,

Only jira admins (the ones who have the "administer jira" global permission) can create CMP projects. Normal users, if given the permission can only create TMP:
