How can I add attachment to bug/feature requests when logged in as user

Here is the screen I see when I login as a user...

I don't see anywhere to add an attachment

The Attachment field seems to be enabled on the project side:

Hi,

Click Add a comment and here you can add attachment. 

Screen which you provide (JIRA Service Desk Field Configuration Scheme) is applicable to issue view (from agent side).

Oh I see...

the Image button is also for adding attachments...image.png

 

I was looking for the  nice add attachment icon I get when I am on the other side of the ticket
