Error message: Could not fetch Insight objects
Hello we have recently integrated Insight into our JSM and use it to link our customers to tickets.
The strange thing is that I can't select all 58 objects from one object type. For some of them it shows me the error "Could not fetch Insight objects" although they are in the same list/object type as the others.
Does anyone know this problem?

Picture 2: But cant select some of them even if I just scroll down without searching it, it doest show up in the list.
