Hello we have recently integrated Insight into our JSM and use it to link our customers to tickets.
The strange thing is that I can't select all 58 objects from one object type. For some of them it shows me the error "Could not fetch Insight objects" although they are in the same list/object type as the others.
Does anyone know this problem?

This seems to be a bug. Please fix it, we would be very grateful!

I ran into this problem and after searching I realized that my search filtering in the custom field config was on an attribute field that I had removed from my asset objects.
