Emails notifications missing

Hi,

for the past 2-3 weeks, we have had issues with e-mails notifications whenever someone adds a comment or changes a status, etc...

No changes have been made our end (no migration or change of database, etc...).

The emails notifications started to be missing randomly, and now are completely missing for some of us.

Hi,

this issue has been resolved a while ago.

This was due to our spam server which rejected Atlassion e-mail. After a certain number of rejections, Atlassion blacklisted our adress.
