in jira project settings, email requests options not showing, the page keeps loading.
Anyone ever faced this issue ?
Looks like a browser issue. Can you try another browser or clear you cache, quit and restart browser?

I've tried all the browsers and even different systems, now, while looking at the status of email requests through Application, it is showing that the last email was received on 24th Sep. 20. and nothing logged in processing log, when i do the test, it gets successful.

Nothing appearing in logs, just the information that the connection Status is success.
