Is there a way to disable the "Related knowledge base articles" Jira (agent) view dropdown?
If issue gets modified, it drops down and is very irritating and doesn't really serve any purpose for agents.
We would like to retain the link to the knowledge base for customers on the portal.
Perhaps, there is a system module that can be disabled?
We are using latest Data Center instance.
