Disable customer notification on Status change

Is there a way  for us to disable notifications for every status change?

Hi Karren,

You can go to Project Settings - Customer Notifications and disable the notifications that are for "Customer-visible status Changed".

FYI, no matter what you disable a notification when the request is resolved will be sent out.  This is hard coded in JSD.

It worked, I just noticed that I did not received a notification for closed tickets
