I have created a few custom fields and associated them with a screen. When I go to the request type to add them, they do not show. Is there a limit? I created custom fields in the past and didn't run into this problem.
In order for these fields to appear to include them in the Request Type, they must be present in the issuetype creation screen where you are associating this Request Type.
Can you confirm that this is configured this way?
hi, I associated them in the issuetype screen. Only a few are actually showing on the request type but the others are not showing up. That is why I think there might be a limit of fields that you can add to the request type. Is that the case?
