Highly appreciate if anybody share the rule below . Thanks

 

Step 1 : When Agent Shift Ends like 6 am to 2 PM 

 

Step 2 : If that agent tickets - Reporter (Customer) add the comment (any comment)  - Automation send to customer -  like “myshift ends pls contact xxx@cc.com"
