For the the customer notification I'll try to add the "support@neucom.de" email adress. Therefore I'll have to verify the domain "neucom.de"
I added the file on the root folder:

I can access the file via browser with https:
But it fails ...
The ssl certificate is fromĀ https://letsencrypt.org/. Is this the problem? Its CA and browser shows "sicher" (="secure").
Or do I miss something else?
I'm having the exact same issue. I'm doing everything right, same instructions, yet it won't verify. I can access the file just fine, why can't this system.
