multiple project, multiple right.

Dear All, 

I have now a issue for my Service desk projects.

My situation:

  • Project 1
  • Project 2

Customers:

  • Customer 1 for project 1
  • Customer 2 for project 2

When Customer 2 logon on the Service portal. she sees also Project 1 and 2. How can I fix thats Project 1 is not visible

Please take a look on this guide from our Knowledge Base. It will help you to proper setup permissions for your SD projects. smile

Hello Tim,

Probably they (Customer 1 and 2) have the same permission for your Service Desk projects, this guide should give you a better clarification about that
