Customer wrote to my Jira SD, and I had a notofication about that, and about changing issue status (reopened) but, wger I opened task, I didn't see any comment form customer, and issue status was still 'Pending'. Where is this mail?
It's very strange... I've email request by Gmail and it was work fine.
In income Gmail, i can see this message from customer, but it isn't unread. In inbox it is "read", so i think Jira read it.
