add button or hyperlink to issue

Hi all,

i need add to issue screen hyperlink or button. url will depend on project. For all issues on the same project url will be same. Can be stored url as custom field on project ? Can you recommend me where start ? what plugin I need ?

Hi. We are trying to use the same macro but it doesn't work. Can you tell, how to activate it? We are using Jira 6.1.
