Where can i configurate customers on Service Desk?

When i do a new request as Agent, i need to set the person who is calling me... where can i configure it?

You can do it in the project in JIRA (not in the SD portal). See for more details.

Hello Mariana,

If the person calling you is an existing customer, you can follow this documentation: Raising requests on behalf of customers.
