Where can i configurate customers on Service Desk?

When i do a new request as Agent, i need to set the person who is calling me... where can i configure it?

You can do it in the project in JIRA (not in the SD portal). See https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/adding-customers-852724126.html for more details.

If the person calling you is an existing customer, you can follow this documentation: Raising requests on behalf of customers.
