User not received any mail when account is created for them

Hi,

I have created the new account for the user in Jira SD and also select checkbox(send notification email ) but email is not sent to that user. 

Any solution?

Hi Akshay,

 

Have you tried to send another email to this user before creating his/her account in Jira?

Can you please try to resend and also ask the user to check if the email is not in the spam folder?

Hi Akshay,

Could you check your mail queue and see if there is any waiting mails there?
