Translation of error messages (missing value for required fields) is not working in Jira Servicedesk

We have configured with Addon "Translation for JIRA Service Desk" German translations for the required fields "Summary" and "Description" (See MultiLangErrorMessage1.png).
Error messages (missing value for required fields) show field names in English (See MultiLangErrorMessage2.png).
