Script runner Behaviour does not working in Service Desk but in JIRA Software

Hello,

I've a problem with a scripted Behaviour which works in JIRA software, but not in Service Desk.

Although I've mapped it to the Service Desk project (see attachment).

The Behaviour should set the Metric ID mandatory if for component field "Update metric" is entered, otherwise it should be optional.
