Is there a way to determine which group a given request type was issued from? We have one service desk project that supports multiple applications. Each application is setup as a group. Instead of having multiple instances of Report a Bug (for example), is it possible to re-use one, but know which group it was being reported from?
I've seen some things that say we could use component too, but it seems like whatever the default value is can't be updated per grouping.
