1. I added a JIRA software user as a participant on JIRA service desk issue.
2. JIRA user is able to add only internal comments which are visible to the agent only.
Is it possible for a participant(JIRA user) to add a public comment on a JIRA service desk issue so that it can be viewed by the customer.
So if a participant wants to comment publicly I do believe the can do that from the Portal. However if they are in Jira they will only be able to do an internal comment UNLESS you grant them an agent license.
