We have seen than some of our users that are correctly set up in Confluence and are related to JIRA's groupe do not appear in Jira and do not have access to Jira.
Problem is we do not want to create a new user for them in JIRA as it could lead to more issues in the future.
What could be the reason that a user that has been created in Confluence does not have access to JIRA Project or Jira-service-desk when they have been correctly added to the groups of Jira Project and Jira-service-desk ?
Could it be that the limit of allowed users have been reach in those instances ?
