Testing a workflow on a development system (Service Desk), we find that certain issues in the queue take inordinate time to display when we click the links -- or the server puts up a message that "This issue can't be displayed -- perhaps it is deleted". Out of a group of 10 issues generated to test this workflow, four or more will persistently show this problem.
Seems not to make much difference if we use the link from the service queue, or if we do it from the issue navigator; the issue either does not display or the system "thinks" it has been deleted (which it hasn't).
I'm going to wipe the local caches, force a locked index rebuild and restart the server. If this clears it up, I'll post a follow up.
