I am using JIRA with a JIRA SERVICE DESK 3 AGENTS STARTER LICENSE and I have several questions on the JIRA using and performance.
Can I have a JIRA SUPORT EMAIL contact to have someone from JIRA TEAM to discus with ??

yes, but i arrive here. no direct suport, all goes throu the user platfort suport.

You can get email support from Atlassian, but all it does is update the requests you raise in the Service Desk at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Three agents is a "starter" licence which does not entitle you to any support, hence the redirect to the community.
We're not support, but we do have a lot of exerience across the whole Atlassian suite. Please go ahead and ask your questions, we will try to help you.

@yves-andre Peignon, as you have pointed out support for "starter license" is limited to this Community so I suggest you first search the community for answers and if you don't find what you are looking for please open a new question. The Community is quite responsive these days.
