@Fahad Siddiqui you should be able to move your issue via the breadcrumbs button on the top right of your issue view.

Here is a screenshot, let me know if it works.

Move is a cut & paste type operation.

 

Additional info.

In the picture I posted there is another option "Clone" - that would be a copy & paste operation.
