I changed MOS id from support@mobile-os.com to support_splunk@mobile-os.com


JIRA Service Desk is not work correctly Mail Handler.

My ID support@mobile-os.com is public mail-box, not valid mail-id. 

So I created valid mail-id, support_splunk@mobile-os.com with password.

But mail handler is not working correctly. 

How do I solve this problem?

Hi Sun,

Can you give us any details about what the mail handler says the problem is? What exactly is happening? Does the test connection work but emails aren't pulled in?
