How can disabled record sys log to comments

I'm using Jira service desk, when Customer use email respone to agent,

Its will record sys log to comments ,It can not record it? how can disabled it?

When I use mail respone to my desk mailbox , Its will record red frame status

but I use Web portal respone question Its will not record red frame status
