HTTPS not possible bug

I have been trying to switch from HTTP to HTTPS to my Jira Service Desk on the server for days and have followed these instructions.

I have now spoken to an IT technician he said this has been a BUG for years and no one has been able to get it and he has been trying for 5 years.

So what are we doing wrong please for immediate help!

The browser cannot resolve the website.
Is there any instructions where is current with example Configen I already tried everything it does not work.

Even an IT company did not fight it with the instructions of what I sent.

Generally speaking having the application running behind an reverse proxy like apache and nginx as well as doing the ssl termination on the proxy works.

Could you share what kind of error is thrown / what is shown in the logs?
