I am planning to create service desk project for multiple request forms, I want some of those requests to automatically be dropped into the relevant project. So is it possible to figure out how we can automated the Move or Copy an issue on creation.

For example, if I have a collection of forms, but one of them is a "ABC"
Approval form, that should either be moved or copied into the "ABC" project
immediately on creation with all the relevant fields transferred over.

Is this Possible?

Ah, no, I'm afraid not.  The Service Desk works by layering a portal over a project.  So requests created in a portal are backed by issues in the project the portal belongs to.

In theory, with a bit of code, you could move the issue, but this would drop the request from where the user created it and move it to another place where they might not.
