my main requirement is this.We have support desk instance & when a new ticket is created and ticket has a custom field ("Component") value of BASIS . i need to inform my support BASIS team. For this i have created a separate Group AS BASIS.
Then I created a automation with above condition and try to set the receiver for particular group. but it was not possible.
please guide me
