We have installed component watcher in our jira 5.2.1.Added cocmponent watcher in the notification scheme.But mails are not triggering to the users that have ben added to the components.Did we miss some configs?
Did you add the users/watchers for components from Component Watcher menu in the project admin section? If so, I would do a full reindex and try again.
We have restarted the service and tried again to create issues. But mail notifications are not triggering to the users that have ben added to the components
We tried after re-indexing. Issue is not fixed yet.Please help
