having a different view in the side view of an issue

Hello dear Atlassian team,

depending on the user I have a different view when I open an issue with the side bar (see the attached picture). Where can I define that view?

I'd be very thankful about a hint

The Detail View displayed in the first screenshot you sent is related to the New Issue View and each user can turn it on/off as they want. To deactivate it, the user can perform the following steps:

- Click on the profile picture at the left-down corner > Personal Settings

- Click to deactivate/activate the lab feature:
