I'm getting what looks to be a database error when I try to re-assign a ticket to another developer.

So - I open a ticket, click the 'assignee' segment, and this error is thrown:

Environment

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

You have been disabled as a developer sending to another ticket

Sorry - could you expand on that?  I'm a relative newcomer to Jira, I'm a developer on our system with temporary admin rights - so has the admin rights removed some other rights?

Admin rights just grants you admin rights, it does not affect other rights.

But, as admin rights can allow other things to appear on screen, it might be adding the javascript that is then failing.  Simple test - try another user who is not an admin, but has identical access to the project that you do.

However, I don't really think it's that.  It actually looks like you've got a javascript hack in your installation which is causing a problem.
