I wanted to make the work hours logged for all tickets mandatory as per the Complexity of the ticket. Please find below condition:
Complexity : Simple --> then Hours Logged(Time Spent) <= 5h
Complexity : Medium --> then 5h < Hours Logged(Time Spent) <= 15h
Complexity : Simple --> then Hours Logged(Time Spent) > 15h
The above condition could be made satisfied when the issue is moving from Resolved to Closed status
I have try to use below combination in the workflow:
--> One Condition which will check the Hours Logged
--> Post function will change the Complexity value accordingly while moving from the transition
But this is not working .
I am using scriptRunner plugin but let me know how to implement this in best way. Thanks!
