We need to update Resolution field and Date for closed issues.
Earlier we did not have a post function to set resolution field in the workflow.
So the existing closed issues are not updated with the resolution value and hence difficult to generate report.
Now added the field in transition and it gets automatically updated for new issues.
Please let me know how to update the field. Since the issues are closed earlier i cannot transition it which will affect the close date.
Please provide solutions. If we can run sil listener or any other scripts to run manually and update the field for the issues.
