Show Select List (single choice) on View Issue Screen

Hello all and thanks in advance.

I'm trying to show the Select List (single choice) custom field on the View Issue Screen so users can quickly choose while they work on the issue without going into the Edit screen.

Currently the drop down is only shown on the Edit Issue Screen. Is there any way to do it?

Hello,

If a custom field does not contain a value, then it will not be shown in the view screen. You can not change it.

There is, you just have to add the field to the View Issue Screen.

Also as Alex mentions below the field needs to contain a value before it will show.
