I need to create a search in EPIC Level so that I can search for certain keywords in an EPIC level.Kindly suggest is that possible in JIRA

Go to search, make sure you're in the "advanced" search (it's a long text box, rather than the drop-down select lists in basic search).  Then use

issuetype = Epic and text ~ "Keyword"
