In the new view the quick add buttons are missing. In the demonstration of the new features, it states that the user has to have appropriate access for these buttons to be visible. I am a site administrator but can't seem to see these buttons? I require the use of the link issue button. Can anyone please enlighten me and assist? Much appreciated.
