I was wondering if it is possible to allow non-admin users to be able to update an existing issue (via the issue-key field) by using the non-admin CSV Importer. If it is possible, is there a special setting that has to be enabled for non-admin users to access this functionality?
From the documentation, this functionality shows up in the adminjiraserver071 pages but not in the jiracoreserver071 documentation. Does that mean it is unavailable for "non-admin" users?
