We have multiple backlogs for multiple projects that we would like in a single view to review the backlog in priority order, knowing that the priority can change often. A majority of the backlog items are stories but occasionally could also include tasks. Our goal is to ensure that the team is working on the right priorities at the right time.
- Is there a way to do this with a dashboard & create a new field for a priority with a numeric value? Current priority options are limited.
- Priority values may also be weighted
- Is there an add-on that could provide this information in an easy to read format.
