Ldap plus jira

Hello, I have a question about synchronization of "ldap" and "Jira". We have a task: to create our own user groups and users in this group. That through "ldap" to automatically add this scheme to "Jira". With the default Jira administrators group we did it successfully. Do we need an additional software application to make it work with the groups we created and the users nested in them? Thank you in advance.

and in this group

cn=developers

ou=users

There is no problem mentioned in your description,  so I don't know where the problem is.

You can sync as many groups and users as you want from LDAP.
