I'm using graphs on the dashboard and don't understand how i can have positive elements for the graph created compared to solved tickets.

I always have 0 for the solved. I try to put the status to closed, done, resolve and still nothing.Capture d’écran 2017-01-05 à 16.16.13.png

I can´t see your attachment, but most of the solved issues gadgets use Resolution field instead of Status to decided whether the ticket is solved or not.

I see, can you attach a screen shot of one of the issues should be included in the solved line?
