For years now we have been paying for a 500 user JIRA Server licence.
We only have 180 users, and have paid this 500 user licence because JIRA is a very valuable tool to us.
Now it appears there is a 250 user licence, yet no one informed us of this, and since our Agile licence is also tied to the 500 user main JIRA licence, we have been over paying for that as well.
Aside from the fact that we would have loved for Atlassian to inform us of this cost saving ability yet did not, how can we downgrade from 500 user to 250 please?
You should be able to login to your myatlassian.com site (where you manage your licenses) and change the level. If that does not do it. You should be able to create an email support question to Atlassian sales from the same area asking them to reduce your tier.
