How can you add Comments or Notes to a Fix version?

Question

I'm interested in adding under the form f a note or comment to a Fix version information such as corresponding change ticket for that Release, etc. It is important to link this info to the fix version and not to the issues contained by it, since the issues could be moved to diferent fix version, tus making said comment/note invalid.
