How can I compare due date and resolution date? or how can I find overdues? what instruments I can use to solve this task?

Arman Kurmanay, you can use a JQL.

Compare due date and resolution date

You can use this fields:

* due date
* resolved

duedate < endOfDay() and status != resolved

and if you have JIRA SERVICE DESK

"Time to resolution" = breached()
