Custom field name is displaying right side of the screen instead of displaying before the custom field option

Hi Team,

I have created new project with 3 different tabs. Custom field name is displaying right side of the screen instead of displaying before the custom field option, those field types are radio button and check box. Could anyone please assist me on this ?
