Hi ,
i have configured the transition count custom field in our workflow .
Its working fine .
But my query is i have created that field on 28th sep only .
i can able to view the count .i configured that custom field to take the reopen count .
how it works for the previous issues which are all created and resolved or reopened before 28th .
will it works for all issues before the custom field created date .
and if i used this custom field in jql as a filter it shows some results with reopen count as one parameter of the filter and if i removed that reopen count from filter , the data is changing .
Can you help me please .

The custom field will work for all past issues, after you do a full reindex (background reindex is fine)
