Can we import issues from search result xml?

can we import issues  from JIRA A to JIRA B using xml search result?

There isn't an xml importer that will let you do that easily, the xml export is not designed for transferring issues.

What "import" are you looking for here?  A full import of issues like-for-like, or just the basics (the current field values)?

Then no, you need to work from a complete backup of JIRA and import whole projects
