Can we have a user-wise report involve in multiple-projects and tasks, and vice-versa?

I need to have the User's Activity report for all the users across the projects on daily basis, that goes month-wise.

Need to confirm if the below section would help me (as specified) -

User Workload Report *

For a specified user, you'll be able to see the number of unresolved issues assigned to the specified user, and the remaining workload, on a per-project basis.

What is your meaning of user activity?

The workload report will show you, how much work(according to estimations/assignee) each user has.
